Everything we sell online is software, delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped, and there are no shipping charges.
SuiteCRM add-ons
Customer Portal, Google Drive Integration, Drag N Drop Documents and Colors are delivered as soon as your payment is confirmed:
- By email: your receipt arrives within a few minutes with a download link and your invoice. The link works for 7 days, for up to 5 downloads.
- From your account: sign in at blackant.io/account with the email you used at checkout to download the latest version, or an earlier one, at any time. There's no password; we email you a sign-in code.
If you paid but haven't received the email within an hour, check your spam folder, then contact us and we'll send it.
SparkPOS
SparkPOS is sold on enquiry. Once your order is confirmed and paid, we add SparkPOS to your account and email you; you then download it from your account the same way.
Installation and custom work
Installation, configuration and custom development are delivered on the schedule we agree with you in writing before the work starts.
Prices and payment
Customers in India pay in Indian rupees through Razorpay; customers elsewhere pay in US dollars through PayPal. Your receipt and invoice show the amount charged.
