Description

To view an uploaded document in SuiteCRM, the user has to download the document from SuiteCRM to the local machine and then the user has to open the document using an application. If the application to view the document is not available, the user has to find and Install it. We ease this process by introducing – Preview Document for SuiteCRM.

Preview Document for SuiteCRM module allows the user to preview the document which is uploaded to the Documents Module without downloading it. You can see an eye icon in the List view of the Documents Module List view as well as modules related to Documents List view. When the user clicks on the Icon, it will preview the Document in Web Browser.

The user can preview the document in a single click which will save lots of time of the user. The user can use those time for more meaningful things.

Note:

We are using third parties to preview the document – https://view.officeapps.live.com, and https://docs.google.com/gview. Without the Internet, the preview document won’t work. Preview document won’t work on local.
